In our sessions we will meet twice before you give birth to get clear on what to expect postpartum, create some frameworks for the 4th trimester (sleep, feeding, visitors, meals, etc.), and make sure you're feeling confident. After birth we will have 3 more sessions with space to process your birth story in a supportive way, talk through any challenges that are coming up, unpack the emotional and physical changes you're experiencing as a new mom, and get referrals for additional support if needed.
