Meeting with a professional can ensure you have the tools to lose weight permanently.

This package includes a 60 minute virtual visit to set up your meal plan with my guidance and support. It also includes a 30 minute follow up phone call one week later to review your progress and adjust your meal plan as needed. In addition, you get a full month of access to your online meal plan where you can "swap" out recipes for alternatives (the software picks a swap of similar nutrition content). This allows you to craft 4 weeks of menus that help to meet your weight loss goals without getting bored. A detailed grocery shopping guide is created automatically during meal planning.

I use an incredible database of healthy meals that has over 6,000 recipes from That Clean Life®!
